Oh the joys of Christmas Eve. This year the festivities were at my (Lisa) aunt and uncle's place. We had all of our usual traditions, lots of fun, lots of food, and lots of presents. My cousin Trina and her husband, Ron, were with his family so we missed them. Enjoy the pictures :)

In case you're interested...we have many fun traditions. First, we start by eating rice pudding. One person's rice pudding as an almond in it. Whoever gets the almond - gets a gift (from the person who got the almond the previous year). It's a Danish tradition. Then...there's dancing around the Christmas tree. No, not all 15 of us dance around a real, normal, life-sized Christmas tree. We circle around a miniature one singing "Nu Hav I Jul Igan" - it's Danish for "Now it is Christmastime." We enjoy it. However, we are all growing up so we don't fit around the tree as well as we used to! After those festivities...it was off to Yakima....
