The end of July brought our now annual trip to The Gorge in George, Washington for the Annual Creation Music Festival. What do 4 days of 20 junior high and high school kids, 110 degree temperatures, miles of uphill walking, and camping all have in common? They are all wonderful parts of this year's Creation trip :) Most think it sounds crazy, horrible, and highly uncomfortable but it's really quite fun. The junior high and high school drama is always a hoot, the temperatures are unbearable but we always seem to bear them, and camping isn't so bad after all. We enjoyed many of our favorite bands including Relient K, David Crowder Band, and Chris Tomlin.
